At The Ditto Army, we take pride in providing authentic, high-quality Pokémon cards. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns and Refunds:

• Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.

• To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at thedittoarmy@gmail.com

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges:

• We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
