The Ditto Army sells authentic Pokémon cards to collectors in New Zealand. We aim to provide high-quality cards in good condition for fans of all levels.

2. Orders

  • We may cancel an order if there is a mistake, stock issue, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Payment

  • Payments are accepted via Visa, Mastercard, and debit cards. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping

  • Orders ship from New Zealand.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and location

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
